As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our Brisbane Head Office team with the addition of two Service Delivery Coordinators. This is a full-time, office-based opportunity to join a dynamic environment where your contributions will directly support customer success and service excellence.
Role Overview:
As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in guiding customers through their onboarding journey - from planning to successful implementation. We're looking for someone who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a customer-first attitude. What We’re Looking For:
A strong sense of ownership and the motivation to learn and grow
Organisational and time-management skills to juggle multiple tasks with ease
Clear and confident communication skills, especially with customers
A collaborative mindset and willingness to pitch in and support the team
A proactive approach to solving problems and finding solutions
Previous experience in service delivery or telecommunications is a plus, but not essential
A genuine interest in tech, connectivity, and helping customers succeed
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the provisioning process for new telecommunications services, including liaising with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor and track service delivery milestones, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
Maintain clear and effective communication with clients throughout the provisioning process, providing updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
Collaborate with technical teams to resolve any issues that may arise during service activation.
Ensure all provisioning activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Maintain accurate records of service delivery activities and client interactions.
