The IT Project Coordinator supports Project Manager and Change Manager on a large ERP transformation.

You will be responsible for:

• Manage all project reporting, budgets and schedule
• Conduct weekly meetings with Project and Delivery Managers
• Ensure strong project Governance and manage the risk register
• Allocate managed resources across core business and project activities
• Report development and management in support of planning and control activities

You will have:

• Extensive experience as a Project Coordinator working on ERP transformations
• Experience in balancing constrained resources and competing project priorities
• Exceptional Stakeholder Management and ability to keep Project Managers to account
• Government and/or Local Council experience would be advantageous
