About the engagement:
Green Light are looking for an experienced Agile Project Manager for an initial 6 month contract within the Melbourne office.

Some responsibilities include:

• Delivery and integration planning of new solutions across Sub-Domains
• Facilitate release execution and planning events, including but not limited to progressive elaboration of breaking down large units of work into epics and features
• Provide support for financial management of business outcomes and epics within remit
• Ensure capacity plans are up to date in Rally, maintain the hygiene around the backlogs and manage the Business Outcome financials
• Drive uplift of capability and operating model to improve delivery velocity
• Be the engagement point into the Sub Domain and having the ability to manage multiple requests and be able to represent the Service Teams
• Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Agile practices and mindsets and promote a collaborative team environment
• Manage dependencies across squads and remove roadblocks to drive outcomes with product owners and business stakeholders

To be shortlisted, you require the following skills and experience:

• Good experience as Release Train Engineer/ Agile Project Manager for large complex environments
• Must have banking experience.
• Extensive experience working in agile environments
• Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience with coaching leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Agile practices
• Good attitude to get the job completed
