We are one of Australia’s fastest growing professional photographic and video suppliers, and are looking to expand our team. We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual with excellent communication and problem solving skills, to join our E-Commerce fulfillment team. Role
As the Order Fulfillment and Customer Service specialist you will be required to oversee the entire order process and ensure that our customers have the best experience possible. This will involve processing online orders, liaising with suppliers and couriers, and handling incoming sales enquiries via the phone and email. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that customers receive their orders quickly and accurately while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Management – Oversee and manage the order process from start to finish, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. This includes; keying orders, confirming stock, and ensuring customers will receive their goods in the timeframe required.
- Sales enquiries – Managed via email and phone to provide a prompt and professional response.
- Customer Service – Addressing customer questions or complaints regarding products, delays and shipping errors.
- Order Management – Process request for changes to order, liaise with the warehouse and handle returns and exchanges efficiently.
- Supply Coordination – Confirm stock is available from suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Warranty Management – Process warranty claims and coordinate with suppliers to resolve customer issues.
- Customer Interactions – Occasionally assist customers in the showroom to ensure a positive and informed experience.
Required Skills and Experience
While it is not a requirement, our ideal candidate would have experience in and/or knowledge of the photo, video or audio industry.
- Excellent Communication Skills – Clear and effective communication is essential for this role.
- Attention to Detail – Precision is crucial to ensure correct and efficient order processing.
- Problem Solving Skills – Ability to work through problems independently and find solutions.
- Computer Literate – Proficient in using computers and various software.
- Positive and Energetic Attitude – An upbeat personality who likes a fast paced environment.
This role will be best suited to an individual who is confident, self motivated and has the ability to take initiative.
