The Job

We’re seeking a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join our kitchen Team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong prep and service skills who thrives in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and execute menu items to a consistently high standard

· Manage your section with confidence during service

· Maintain a clean, organised and efficient workspace

· Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times

· Support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations

· Contribute ideas for specials and seasonal menu changes

What We’re Looking For

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role

· A calm, professional attitude with strong communication skills

· Passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal produce

· Ability to work independently and within a team

· Punctual, well-presented, and dependable
