Marubang is a leading Korean restaurant located in Perth, Western Australia, focusing on authentic Korean cuisine.
For the past 9 years, we have strived to deliver traditional Korean flavors, and through that effort, we have built a strong customer base, making us a representative restaurant in the area. We maintain our unique reputation by introducing a variety of Korean dishes, using not only local ingredients but also importing high-quality ingredients directly.
About You
The skills we require are preparing and serving dishes accurately and consistently in a timely manner, and properly handling fresh ingredients during the preparation process. Furthermore, you must have the ability to harmonize with existing team members, possess a passion for cooking, and take pride in your work as a chef.
1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie.
2. Understanding of Korean cuisine.
3. Respect for Senior Chefs and consideration for Apprentice Chefs.
4. Accurate understanding of FIFO (First-In, First-Out) for ingredients and stock taking.
5. Consistency during service time.
6. Ability to prepare, clean, and organize ingredients.
We are looking for a full-time Chef de Partie (38 hours/week) and require flexibility with rotating rosters.
