The Opportunity
This is a role for someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly - whether it's coordinating contractors, supporting minor capital works, or ensuring a compliant and efficient built environment. You'll be the go-to for all things operational, working across facilities, maintenance, and project support functions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing day-to-day maintenance across corporate or operational sites
• Coordinating small to medium capex works or defect rectification projects
• Managing relationships with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams
• Maintaining safety, compliance, and risk documentation
• Providing reports, tracking project performance, and ensuring deadlines are met
• Contributing to a collaborative team that values initiative and accountability

What We’re Looking For

• A background in facilities management, operations, or project support
• Experience working with contractors and a strong grasp of compliance requirements
• Great organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Strong communication and reporting ability – comfortable engaging with all levels
• Someone proactive, dependable, and hands-on
