My Client are seeking 2 Functional System Analysts to support Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You would be supporting end user's to gather functional requirements and support overall functionality of the application.

What will you be doing?

Support is provided across D365 Finance and Operations core modules from GL, AR, AP & Fixed Assets.

Experience in managing User requests via Service Desk and triaging is required and ensuring that the core product is maintainable.

Working on a variety of issue resolution and assisting in testing of any changes that are undertaken by Vendor Partner.

This is a multi-company environment across two domains, therefore experience with multiple company structures is ideally sought, however not essential.

The product is integrated within the AR module to a third-party application and integration is currently underway to a Procurement application, therefore this would extend to support an additional third-party.

Sound experience in analysing User requests to determine impact to D365 is required together with our Vendors on further minor enhancements.

Troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to D365 releases.

Coordinating D365 environment changes other teams and stakeholders such as developers, testers, business analysts, and end users.

Contributing to knowledge repositories and ensuring compliance with standards and best practices.

Providing production support and operational maintenance as well as on-call support when needed.

Supporting development and test teams to maintain D365 FinOps solutions that adhere to release management standards and guidelines.

This role is not Project related, but BAU Support across 173 Entities

Salary up to $148,000 + 12.75% Super + $15,990 Salary Packaging Option
