The Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and professional Sales and Customer Service Consultant to join our friendly team. In this hands-on role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers while supporting day-to-day administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering phone and email enquiries with a friendly and helpful approach

Managing customer bookings and follow-ups

Preparing and sending quotes, invoices, and job confirmations

General office administration and document management

Liaising with suppliers and internal teams

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in a similar sales/admin/customer service role

Confident and clear communicator with a helpful attitude

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

Ability to multitask and work both independently and in a team

Interest in or understanding of the 4WD or automotive industry (a plus but not essential)
