Digital Marketing Sales Consultant
📍 Gold Coast | 💼 Full-Time | 💰 Base + Commission
We’re looking for a consultative sales professional with digital marketing experience who’s passionate about delivering results and building long-term client relationships. With this role you will play a key role in the next phase of iOnline’s growth—by helping business owners and marketing leaders tap into smarter digital strategies that deliver real results.
This is a sales and strategy role. You’ll lead high-trust conversations with decision-makers, uncover commercial challenges, pitch digital growth pathways, and help clients scale using SEO, Paid Ads, Content, Web, and more.
This isn’t about pushing websites. It’s about building long-term partnerships that deliver real results.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own a hybrid pipeline (some inbound, mostly self-sourced)
Lead discovery and strategy sessions with business owners, general managers, marketing managers, and practice managers
Develop revenue-aligned digital proposals across SEO, Paid, Content, Web and more
Guide clients through onboarding and campaign direction
Work closely with our in-house SEO, content, paid media, and web teams
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Represent iOnline at expos, webinars, and strategic events
What You Bring
3+ years in B2B sales, digital marketing strategy, or account management (agency preferred)
Strong communication and value-based selling skills
Commercial mindset with an understanding of full-funnel marketing
Familiarity with SEO, Paid Ads, Content, and Web (at a strategy level)
Proven experience in driving business growth and being self motivated.
Bonus Points For:
Experience in construction, health, manufacturing, or service-based industries
Familiarity with the Zoho Suite
