As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a talented Electronics Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team.
About the Role:
As an Electronics Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining electronic systems and automation technologies that support our advanced manufacturing processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and safety of our electronic and control systems in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop advanced electronic components, systems, and control modules tailored for automotive applications, including ECUs, sensor arrays, and battery management systems.
Develop and test electronic circuits and embedded systems to support our vehicles’ safety, performance, and sustainability objectives.
Analyse and interpret data from diagnostic systems and field performance to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, specifications, and system requirements to support R&D and production teams.
Ensure all designs comply with industry safety standards, regulatory requirements (ADR/ECE), and Marchem’s internal quality protocols.
Coordinate the manufacturing, installation, and integration of electronic systems in vehicle prototypes and production models.
Evaluate operational systems, identifying opportunities for design enhancements to improve energy efficiency and functional performance.
Provide technical advice and support to cross-functional teams across design, assembly, and testing departments.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex electronic issues in lab, line, or field environments.
Conduct research and feasibility studies to support the development of next-generation automotive electronic systems (e.g., ADAS, EV powertrains).
Liaise with mechanical, software, and systems engineers to ensure seamless integration and consistency across vehicle platforms.
Oversee installation and commissioning of electronic systems, ensuring projects are delivered on-time and meet all functional benchmarks..
