Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and enhance manufacturing processes to ensure operational efficiency.
- Develop and revise procedures to improve workflow and production layout.
- Oversee materials usage and inventory to optimize resource consumption.
- Plan and coordinate regular equipment maintenance and servicing.
- Supervise the installation and operational setup of new machinery.
- Enforce compliance with internal safety and quality regulations.
- Assist in the rollout of engineering and automation projects.
- Identify and resolve production-related issues proactively.
- Maintain up-to-date technical records and operational reports.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, materials, and production equipment.
- Problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Knowledge of workplace safety, quality systems, and process documentation.
- Familiarity with engineering software and tools.
