About the Role:
We’re seeking a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Admin Coordinator to support the smooth operation of our business. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing diverse administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and follow up on outstanding payments
Reconcile transactions and manage bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and Xero
Process payroll when required
Assist with data entry, document management, and office filing
Provide support to Compliance and Despatch departments when needed
Assist with HR and basic accounting duties
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative or office role is preferred, but not essential
Strong organisational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Ability to multitask and work independently
Experience with Xero and QuickBooks is highly regarded
