Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting a team of sales agents
- Process and preparing contracts & Form 6's
- Prepare listing kits and marketing of properties
- Advertising OFI times
- Database entry and management
- Marketing material and social media management
To be successful you will:
- Previous administration experience in Real Estate
- Must have a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Immaculately presented
- Understanding of VaultRE is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
