Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting a team of sales agents
• Process and preparing contracts & Form 6's
• Prepare listing kits and marketing of properties
• Advertising OFI times
• Database entry and management
• Marketing material and social media management

To be successful you will:

• Previous administration experience in Real Estate
• Must have a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
• Immaculately presented
• Understanding of VaultRE is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
