About Us: At Ipswich Podiatry, our friendly and professional team provides high-quality podiatric care in a welcoming, family-focused environment. We’re currently seeking a reliable and friendly casual receptionist to support our growing clinic.

The Role: As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a vital role in creating a warm and efficient front desk experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting patients and managing appointment bookings

Answering phone calls, making appointments and handling enquiries

Processing payments and issuing invoices

Maintaining patient records and ensuring privacy compliance

Assisting with general administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to multitask in a busy environment

A friendly, professional attitude

Previous reception or administrative experience (healthcare experience desirable but not essential)

Basic computer skills (experience with HICAPS and practice management software is a plus)
