The Role:

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will:

Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism.

Manage appointment bookings and client records using Nookal software (experience advantageous).

Handle administrative tasks, including answering phones and emails.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth clinic operations.

What We're Looking For:

Full Australian Working Rights with no restrictions

Minimum 1-2 years experience in a medical receptionist position highly regarded .

Availability for afternoon shifts and flexibility to cover additional shifts as needed.

Previous reception experience; familiarity with Nookal software is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
