We are a busy orthopaedic specialist clinic looking for a casual receptionist to help us run clinics on Mondays and Fridays in coordination with our amazing full time receptionist. Prior experience in medical administration, coupled with being hard working, punctual, reliable, friendly, respectful and presentable are all essential. It’s also essential that you are a quick proactive learner, able to think on your feet, and be able to effectively prioritise multiple competing daily tasks. You MUST be IT savvy and able to work quickly, link files and work with practice software efficiently. Ideally would have the flexibility to take on more time during other teams holidays or during busier periods. Monday and Friday availability is essential.
