Are you a flexible, proactive individual who thrives in dynamic environments? We're seeking a Casual Relief Receptionist to join our team and provide outstanding support to our allied health clinics.

You’ll work across Peak Performance Sports Physiotherapy, located in the Willows Health and Lifestyle Centre, and Downs Physiotherapy, based at St Andrews Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to assist a dedicated team of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, and a Speech Pathologist, all committed to delivering exceptional care.

What You'll Do

As a casual Receptionist, you'll be the face of our clinics, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling appointments for multiple healthcare professionals.
• Providing friendly and professional customer service to clients and visitors.
• Managing a variety of administrative tasks to support the team.
• Adapting to daily changes, locations, and working with different staff members.

Key Details

• Hours: Our business hours are Monday-Thursday (7am–7pm), Friday (7am–5pm), and Saturday (8am–12pm). Shifts may involve early starts (7am) or late finishes (7pm) depending on business needs.
• Flexibility: Hours will vary weekly (0–38 hours) with no fixed pattern, making this role perfect for someone with a flexible schedule.
• Experience: Previous experience in medical reception is preferred but not essential if you’re eager to learn.
