About the role:

This is a Full Time, on-site position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys physical work and takes pride in delivering quality outcomes. You'll work predominantly on residential projects with a blend of childcare centres and schools focusing on:

Synthetic turf and natural turf projects

New build landscaping (turf preparation, edging, planting, pebbles, paving and turf installations)

Reading and executing plans or following detailed quoted works

Operating machinery and hand tools

Collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines

About you:

You are conscientious, you follow systems and care about quality workmanship

You enjoy a steady environment, you're reliable, consistent and work well on repeatable tasks and structured projects

You like to to take ownership of tasks and enjoy solving on-site challenges

You like to influence those around you by completing the tasks required on time and to a professional standard the first time

Skills and Experience

Minimum 3+ years of landscaping with specific experience in turf (natural and synthetic)

Strong understanding of landscape construction for new builds and turf projects

Confident with tools, machinery and safe work practices

Ability to work from plans, quoted works with detailed information and follow systems to achieve predictable results

Drivers license & own vehicle (essential), White Card (Essential), Machine Tickets or experience a plus
