About the role

CMC Landscapes is seeking a high achieving full-time Construction Landscaper to join our team in Brisbane, QLD. As a Construction Landscaper, you will be responsible for the hands-on construction and landscaping of residential and commercial properties, contributing to the company's mission of creating beautiful and sustainable outdoor spaces.

What you'll be doing

Installing hardscaping elements such as pavers, retaining walls, tiling, and pools

Constructing decks and other timber structures.

Preparing and planting gardens, laying turf, and maintaining landscaped areas

Operating landscaping equipment and machinery in a safe and efficient manner

Collaborating with the Landscaping Team Leader to interpret and execute landscaping plans

Ensuring all work is completed to the highest quality standards

Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Construction Landscaper or similar role in the Gardening & Landscaping industry

Strong practical skills in landscaping construction, plant knowledge, and the use of landscaping tools and equipment

Ability to read and interpret landscaping plans and specifications

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to overcome on-site challenges

Commitment to safety and a keen eye for detail

Excellent organisation and teamwork skills

Relevant qualifications in horticulture, landscaping, or a related field would be highly regarded
