The Role:

As the Sales Manager, you are set up from day one to be able to succeed. As the face of the business, you will drive and inspire your team of customer service professionals to serve the local community their favourite tasty treats and amazing coffee. You will have set KPI's and clear responsibilities which will include day-to-day operations of the venue. Manage and support your team to achieve the sales targets required by the owners. To do this sales role, you will require the following;

Skills and Attributes:

• Relative experience in running similar types of venues in the Hospitality Industry
• Experience and proven success in reaching set sales targets and KPI's
• Competent in running shifts (opens and closes) and training staff of all diversities
• A high level of attention to detail with a good eye on presentation and merchandising
• Great communication skills and being fun, and dynamic, with an outgoing personality
