Position Overview: As a Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining our equipment and related systems. You will work closely with the operations team to ensure all technical issues are resolved promptly and efficiently, minimizing downtime and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with equipment, including hardware, software, and network problems.
• Perform regular maintenance and preventive servicing of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Install, configure, and test new equipment and related systems.
• Provide technical support and training to the sales and operations teams.
• Maintain accurate records of all service and repair activities, including parts used and work completed.
• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to resolve complex technical issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology and industry best practices.
• Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures for technical support and maintenance.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to service calls in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechatronics / Engineering or higher.
• Proven experience as a Technical Specialist or similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and software components.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various locations as needed.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
