We’re on the lookout for a Nursing Team Recruitment Administrator/ Compliance Officer to join our friendly and fast-paced healthcare recruitment team based in Melbourne.

This role would suit an Administration/ Customer Service Professional looking for meaningful, long-term employment in a supportive team environment.

This role offers full training and support, so we also welcome applicants with minimal experience or recent graduates in Business /HR.

At Evolve Healthcare, we connect nurses with rewarding roles across Australia. You’ll play a key role behind the scenes, helping with everything from resourcing candidates to onboarding and compliance, while also jumping in to support the wider team wherever needed.

In this role, you'll:

Assist our recruitment team in sourcing and screening nursing candidates

Help manage onboarding, documentation, and compliance checks

Support the team with general admin tasks and be ready to pivot where needed

Keep our systems and candidate records accurate and up to date

Be part of a collaborative team that values flexibility and initiative

We’re looking for someone who:

Can work flexibly and respond to changing priorities with ease

Has excellent attention to detail and strong organisation skills

Communicates clearly and works well in a team

Brings a positive, can-do attitude and enjoys variety in their day

Able to commit to 3 days in the Office with the flexibility to work remotely 2 days per week.

Full training is provided so we welcome candidates with minimal experience as long as they meet the above criteria.
