About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance and Administration Officer to join our team full-time. Reporting to the Finance and Administration Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing the end-to-end client invoicing cycle and supporting financial operations.
What You'll Be Doing
Reconciliation of supplier invoices, summarising and documenting payable amounts.
Resolve customer queries promptly, striving for mutually beneficial outcomes.
Management of credit and query registers while providing management with valuable insights.
Maintain and monitor rate structures for customers and suppliers, addressing any pricing anomalies or updates as directed by management.
Liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure efficient and effective financial and administrative processes.
Supporting the implementation of new systems and processes to drive continuous improvement.

Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
A team player who can also work independently.
Eagerness to learn and grow through hands-on experience.
