About the role:

• Run residential conveyancing matters end-to-end
• Review contracts and manage settlements
• Liaise with clients, agents, and lenders
• Ensure compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements

The ideal candidate:

• Admitted as a Lawyer or hold a current Conveyancer’s Licence
• At least 2 years’ experience in residential property/conveyancing matters.
• Strong experience managing your own conveyancing files
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Confidence using digital tools and online systems
• A proactive mindset and client-first approach
