As a Site Assistant at our growing construction company, you will support site operations to ensure our projects are delivered safely on time and to quality standards. Your role will include a mix of hands-on support, coordination, and basic administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Site Supervisor with daily site operations and coordination of trades and contractors

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised construction site in compliance with WHS regulations

Monitor deliveries, unload materials, and store them appropriately

Assist with basic quality checks and ensure compliance with project plans

Support in setting up tools, equipment, and temporary site infrastructure

Maintain site records, such as daily logs, delivery dockets, and safety checklists

Communicate clearly with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members

Perform general labouring duties as required, including site cleanup

Report any hazards, incidents, or delays to the Site Supervisor promptly

Assist in ensuring compliance with project schedules and timelines
