The Opportunity

Full Time - Monday - Friday role
70-85k (based on skills & experience) + Super!
Phone, Laptop, & Vehicle/Allowance provided

This dynamic role will see you providing site support to our builders and clients from initial measure and quote, installation and aftercare for our timber and resilient flooring ranges. You'll be working on-site and in customer homes, so ensuring a high level of professionalism and care is essential.

In This Role, You Will

• Manage the end-to-end installations of jobs
• Raise and maintain flooring orders and quotes
• Communicate with contractors, ensuring work is completed to the highest standard
• Communicate with major builder clients, internal teams and retail customers
• Work quickly to identify and resolve any issues with quality and supply
• Build strong relationships with our Design and Order Support teams to ensure our client's needs and expectations are delivered efficiently across the business

About You

• Strong level of communication and professionalism
• Have a customer-obsessed mindset
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task
• Balance working within a team and at times autonomously
• Use your own initiative to problem-solve solutions
• Read plans and provide measurements both on and off-site
• Knowledge of building processes and practices
• Previous construction or tiling experience is an advantage
• Hold a valid driver’s licence
