Job Opportunity: Commissioning Engineer (3-Month Contract, On-site)

We are seeking a skilled Commissioning Engineer to join our site team on a 3-month contract. You will support the preparation and implementation of the project Commissioning Management Plan, manage the deployment of the Completions Management System, and assist with Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) and systemization for commissioning activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and upgrade commissioning procedures and systems to align with AWP, Data Centric, and Construction Management Systems.

Coordinate systemization, sub-systemization, and completion of inspection test plans (ITPs) and field inspection checks (FICs).

Manage record keeping ensuring successful completion certificate handover to the client.

Troubleshoot issues, develop tactical plans, and lead improvements in commissioning processes.

Communicate and coordinate commissioning activities with contractors and vendors.

Lead with a cooperative team approach, providing technical guidance and safety leadership.

Facilitate lessons learned reviews to enhance project delivery and compliance.

What You’ll Need:

University degree or equivalent in a relevant field, plus extensive commissioning, project management, or site supervisory experience.

Experience in materials handling and mineral sands processing is highly desirable.

Proficiency in Hexagon Smart Completions system.

Strong commitment to health and safety, with proven leadership in this area.

Participation in Constructability, Operability, and Maintainability workshops.

Excellent leadership, communication, mentoring, and client engagement skills.
