About the role:
The role of a sales associate is to actively work alongside an experienced lead agent to assist with lead/ buyer nurture, database management, prospecting and facilitating the sale of properties. You will assist in building long-lasting client relationships built on a rigorous communication plan that should exceed the customer's experience expectations.

• Prospecting for new clients via telephone, letterbox drops and door-knocking
• Handling/responding to phone and email enquiries from prospective buyers
• Assisting with open for inspections and private appointments/inspections
• Open for inspection buyer callbacks
• Lead/buyer nurture and database management
• Attending regular skill and systems training sessions as part of our pathway training program

  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • A professional and ethical approach to dealing with people
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team to achieve sales targets and goals within agreed deadlines
  • Current drivers licence
  • Immaculate presentation and positive attitude
  • Real Estate experience preferable but not essential
