Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect for new listings
• Engage with clients confidently and professionally to understand their needs
• Schedule and manage appointments efficiently
• Assist in organizing and maintaining client records
• Take initiative to meet sales goals and targets
• Assist in hosting Saturday open homes and property viewings
• Adapt to changing priorities and tasks in a dynamic environment
• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and approachable demeanor

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be licensed (have a valid real estate certificate or license)
• Experience in sales is preferred, but we are open to candidates eager to learn and grow
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google applications (Calendar)
• Efficient and quick learner with the ability to multitask
• Self-motivated with the confidence to engage with clients
• Ability to take initiative and work independently when needed
• Eager to learn real estate software such as Realworks, Docusign, Pricefinder, VaultRE, and Nurture Cloud
• Comfortable with door knocking, letterbox dropping and prospecting for new listings
• Ability to work well in an office environment with diverse staff
