A leading National law firm with a growing corporate team in Brisbane is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Corporate & Commercial practice. You’ll work closely with a well-regarded partner on a broad range of corporate transactions and advisory work, with a strong focus on capital markets, M&A and governance.

As a major player in the corporate space, the team is highly sought after and it is unusual that a role at this level would become available. Due to consistent and sustained growth, the Partners have identified a need for another driven and liked minded lawyer to be part of this swiftly growing practice.

About You

You will be an ambitious Corporate Lawyer with a minimum of 2 years PAE, up to 5 years PAE, looking to elevate your career and take your next step to be part of a leading practice in this space.

Thee role offers exposure to major clients, including ASX-listed entities and growing resource sector businesses, and suits a lawyer looking to step into a client-facing, mid-level leadership role.

Advising on regulated and unregulated M&A transactions

Supporting clients with capital raisings and compliance matters

Providing advice on structuring, governance and commercial contracts

Working on Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rule issues
