The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a bright, motivated, and commercially minded corporate lawyer with 3–5 years’ post-admission experience to join our team in Maroochydore on a full-time basis. You’ll work closely with senior lawyers and clients across a diverse range of corporate transactions and advisory matters, playing a key role in helping our clients grow and succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Advising clients on corporate structuring, governance, and compliance

Drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and commercial contracts

Managing business sales, mergers, acquisitions, and due diligence

Providing strategic legal and regulatory advice to companies and directors

Building and maintaining strong client relationships through practical and proactive support

Collaborating with colleagues across practice areas to deliver seamless legal solutions

Contributing to internal development, knowledge sharing, and mentoring where appropriate

About You
We’re looking for a capable and enthusiastic lawyer who is confident working in a client-facing role and enjoys contributing to a positive team environment. You will have:

3–5 years PAE with solid experience in corporate and commercial law

Strong legal drafting, technical, and analytical skills

A commercial mindset and the ability to provide practical, solutions-focused advice

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality work

Confidence to work independently and collaboratively

A proactive attitude and professional approach

An interest in financial services or start-ups is a bonus (but not essential)

A great sense of humour!
