• M&A (public and private)
• Corporate structuring and governance
• Commercial contracts and advisory
• Joint ventures and shareholder arrangements
• Regulatory compliance and due diligence

• 4+ years PAE in corporate and/or commercial law from a reputable firm
• Strong technical skills and commercial acumen
