Your responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating commercial transactions
• Managing small to medium business mergers and acquisitions
• Reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
• Assisting with capital raising efforts
• Drafting and reviewing shareholders' agreements
• Developing superannuation and succession plans
• Handling dissolutions and restructures of companies, trusts, and other entities
• Assessing in franchising operations
• Providing corporate advisory and governance advice

You'll collaborate closely with partners, serving as trusted advisors to business owners who have a personal investment in the outcomes of your decisions. Your role will involve finding tailored solutions to help these clients achieve success and meet their business goals.

To excel in this role, you should have:

• 2 to 8 years of PAE with a strong foundation in front-end corporate matters; and
• An understanding of the Corporations Act, contract drafting, M&A and general corporate compliance
