IT FIELD ADMINISTRATOR
Key Responsibilities
Respond in line with agreed Service Level Agreement targets to assist management, staff and client requests;
Ensure the Information Systems at all properties operate at the highest possible standard;
Perform repairs when necessary, either through phone support or in person;
Where instructed by management, install equipment and software to meet our business operational and client needs;
Maintain and update software to ensure industry guidelines surrounding cyber security vulnerabilities are followed;
Manage business risk and liability by ensuring uptime of operational systems and networks in line with agreed Service Level Agreement Targets;
Attend to daily operational issues of basic systems such as email, printers, video conferencing equipment;
Train staff on how to use new systems;
Investigate and action alerts generated by monitoring systems;
Skills and Attributes;
· Have a high level of knowledge of IT operations in the Serviced Apartments field
· Have strong working knowledge and proficiency with the installation and support of desktop computers, printers, networking devices and VoIP equipment;
· Minimum of 2 years technical experience in the area of IT;
· Minimum certificate in IT related courses or a Diploma/Bachelor in IT;
· Be well spoken, polite and able to communicate with all levels of skill set of Resort staff ;
· Possess knowledge of relevant Workplace Health & Safety procedures;
· Demonstrate excellent time management skills;
· Flexible schedule;

Be proactive in providing exceptional service to owners, guests and your fellow staff;
Attend regular meetings to receive up to date information on various activities in your own department;
Ensure that you are personally attired in the required uniform with name badge and correct apparel so that you present yourself to a standard that is commensurate with the business’s expectations;
Ensure that you are courteous and polite to unit owners and tenants however do not engage with them on the property’s business, politely excuse yourself when possible;
Ensure that you assist all Resort General Managers and Roamfree Management in ensuring all Occupational Health and Safety requirements for the company are met;
Report any workplace hazards as you see them and support the company in its endeavour to provide a safe workplace at all times;
Follow safety and security measures in accordance with all applicable laws;
