- Working predominately Monday to Friday with the addition of working two weekends in a 6-week period (either on call or based at the Brisbane International Cruise Terminal) and varying start and finish times.
- Remuneration is $94,645 (as of the 1st July 2025) plus superannuation and allowances
- Enjoy 13 rostered days off a year.

Join our team as an IT Service Desk Officer, where you will be the first point of IT support contact, assisting stakeholders and customers with IT requests, whilst also helping upskill our people's digital capability to minimise user-error.
You will predominately be based from the Port Office located at Port of Brisbane with a rotating roster supporting the Brisbane International Cruise Terminal located at Pinkenba.

- You’re experienced in understanding and applying Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) practices.
- You have good technical support skills in a wide range of ICT disciplines (devices, applications, technologies, systems).
- You’re curious, keen to learn new skills and technologies and love working with a range of stakeholders.
- You’re proficient on Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Intune), and Azure Active Directory
- You’re a problem solver and love working within a team.
- ITIL certification is highly regarded.

As there’s no public transport to our sites, you’ll need a valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.
