Step into an exciting part-time Marketing role managing three vibrant shopping centres! This immediately available opportunity offers flexibility and career growth, with your base near Lakelands, WA and remote work for other locations.

The Role: 3 days per week, minimal travel (site visits fortnightly, interstate trips twice yearly), reporting to the Marketing Manager alongside an exceptional Centre Manager and passionate team.

• Salary up to $90,000 inc. super (pro-rated) + 10% performance bonus

Your Impact:
Create meaningful connections between centres and communities through:

• Building tenant relationships and creating engaging, locally-focused content
• Managing social media with innovative content that drives engagement
• Coordinating community events (kids' activations, holiday programs, Santa Photos)
• Contributing to national campaigns with creative, localised content
• Supporting social impact initiatives and community partnerships

What We're Looking For:

• Marketing experience in shopping centres, retail, property, hospitality, food, fashion, or retail brands required
• Strong social media skills required
• Agency-side experience is a bonus
• Creativity, strong communication, self-motivation, and attention to detail
• Excellent time management and project completion skills
• Marketing/communications qualifications desired
