Quest Personnel has an opportunity available in our Parramatta Office for a trainee recruitment consultant.

Our Parramatta office caters for predominately Blue recruitment for a variety of manufacturing businesses throughout Sydney

You will be trained in the following duties

Writing job ads

Placing Ads

Screening Candidates

Telephone Interviews

Face to face interviews

Writing referrals

Reference checking

To be considered suitable for this traineeship you will need:

Experience in a customer focussed role, this will either be in Call Centres, retail or hospitality ideally, but we are open to other areas.

Excellent communication and ability to relate well to people at all levels

Outstanding computer skills, this includes proficiency with all Microsoft Office programs and a minumum TYPING SPEED of 45 wpm (complete a 3 minute test) Check your WPM score with a three-minute test - Typing.com
