This is an exciting opportunity to support strategic decision-making and contribute to financial sustainability and performance. As the Management Accountant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality financial support and advice to a variety of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial reports and analysis.
• Assisting in the development and management of budgets and forecasts.
• Maintaining the general ledger, including investigating errors.
• Supporting financial projects that enhance service delivery and process efficiency.
• Facilitating vendor payments, staff reimbursements, credit card reconciliations, and invoice processing.
• Ensuring accurate coding of invoices and adherence to the Chart of Accounts.
• Conducting project reconciliations and liaising with stakeholders on financial acquittals.
• Training and supporting administrative staff in financial systems and procedures.

Key Selection Criteria

• CA/CPA qualified with relevant tertiary qualifications.
• Experience preparing budgets and forecasts.
• Demonstrated ability to develop accurate financial reports with clear analysis and explanatory commentary.
• High-level initiative and ability to work independently.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• A commitment to providing high-level financial advice and customer service.
