Technical Internal Sales Specialist

Office Based - Western Sydney

CSG Talent has an opportunity for a candidate with an electrical wholesale or electrical engineering background. This newly created position is due to rapid growth. to help support and drive sales for a cable and connectivity supplier. Mentoring, training and excellent career prospects are on offer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to both internal teams and external customers.
• Assist customers with parts interpretation and product selection.
• Manage a portfolio of customers, working collaboratively with Account Managers to meet sales goals.
• Prepare and follow up on sales quotations received via phone and email.
• Ensure adherence to company procedures and maintain high standards of customer service.
• Use internal systems to log interactions, manage quotes, and track follow-ups accurately.
  
  

The Ideal Candidate:

• Ideally will come from an electrical trade background. Candidates with an Electrical Engineering qualification may be considered.
• Experience in customer service or internal sales, either face-to-face or over the phone is highly regarded.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
• Confident with computers and able to learn and use multiple systems.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude.
• Must be willing to commute to the Head Office in Western Sydney.
