About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Allied Health Assistant to join our growing Allied Health team. Working under the supervision of qualified Allied Health Professionals (AHPs), you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of therapy services—both in-person and via Telehealth.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist AHPs to deliver therapy-based activities across disciplines like Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, and Physiotherapy.

Provide support during Telehealth sessions, including device setup and troubleshooting.

Encourage customer participation and engagement in their therapy programs.

Record accurate notes and assist with basic admin tasks like booking follow-ups.

Prepare and maintain therapy spaces and equipment.

What You’ll Need:

Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance (or equivalent).

Experience in a support or healthcare setting.

Good tech skills (iPads, Telehealth platforms, email).

NDIS Worker Screening Check and QLD Driver’s Licence.

Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills.

Desirable:

Familiarity with the NDIS, CHSP, or HCP programs.

Experience supporting virtual/Telehealth services.

Current First Aid & CPR certification.
