Tree’s Physiotherapy is a warm, family-focused paediatric clinic dedicated to helping children with disabilities thrive through movement, play, and connection. We’re currently looking for a passionate Allied Health Assistant to join our supportive team and work alongside our physiotherapists in delivering fun, meaningful therapy to children and their families.

About the Role:

As an Allied Health Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in providing allied health therapy sessions, implementing programs, and building relationships with the amazing kids and families we work with. You’ll assist in delivering exercises and activities designed by our physiotherapists, contribute to goal achievement, and help children grow in strength, confidence, and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

Work under the guidance of physiotherapists to deliver therapy programs

Support children aged 0–18 with a variety of developmental and physical needs

Prepare therapy spaces and resources

Document session notes and observations

Engage children in play-based therapy and creative activities

Communicate with families in a kind, professional, and respectful way

What We’re Looking For:

A genuine love for working with children of all abilities

Certificate III/IV in Allied Health Assistance

Previous experience with children or in disability support (preferred)

Friendly, flexible, and reliable with strong communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a passionate team

Current Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)

First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
