The Company

Our client is an established Adelaide organisation with a big reputation for delivering iconic civil and landscape construction packages.

This formidable outfit in the landscaping industry has built a strong and tight-knit crew of 30+ construction staff, who continue to pump out projects to the highest quality.

Their repeat clientele are predominantly Tier 1, civil contractors, developers, and local councils, with typical projects ranging from $500k - $10m, including large road, car parks, sports infrastructure and open space parks and playgrounds.

You will work collaboratively with an experienced and proven Project Manager, inherit trusted Tradesperson and crew of 5-10 qualified and hardworking personnel, and work closely with clients to deliver the goods.

The Role

• Read and interpret plans
• Subcontractor management
• WHS implementation
• Organising deliveries
• Quality control
• Delegate duties to crew
• Liaise with clients
• Collaborate with a Project Manager
• Cost tracking and forecasting

The Requirements

• 3-5 years as a Leading Hand / Foreman / Supervisor / Site Manager
• Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture
• Certificate III in Civil Construction
• Experience on commercial or civil landscaping projects
• Drivers license
