The primary purpose of this role is to deliver a 5 Star customer experience to members and visitors to our clients precint, This hands on role is required to ensure the immaculate presentation and efficient operation of the reception, meeting rooms, co-working area, lounge, mail room and carpark as well as provide food & beverage service and delivery of catering to clients.
Whts required
Delivers a 5 Star experience to co-working members, visitors, and staff.
Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers, colleagues, and managers. ·
Attend to co-workers and visitors by greeting, welcoming, announcing and directing them appropriately.
Offering beverage service as required (i.e. coffee on arrival) ·
Provide support to Customer Experience Manager as required.
Ensure the reception area, co-working,
meeting rooms and cafe areas are always maintained in a neat and professional manner. ·
Check in members and make ad hoc meeting bookings using in- house booking system. ·
Taking beverage orders accurately and efficiently ·
Preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea-based beverages, including espresso, latte, cappuccino, and iced coffee. ·
Managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed. ·
Comply with Work Health and Safety Regulations.
Skills and Experience
· A minimum of 2 years in a customer facing hospitality role and/or high-end corporate environment or 4/5-
star hotel.
· Experience preparing hot & cold beverages.
· Competent in the use of Microsoft Office.
· Experience of working independently and within a team environment.
· Experience of multitasking and prioritise tasks.
· Professional and confident inter-personal, verbal, and written communication skills
· Availability to work around peak hours, including, early mornings and evenings if required,
· Flexibility to work various shifts when required.
Skills required
· Coffee Making Course Certification – preferred but not required
· RSA Certification – Mandatory
This is a Mon to Friday role and does require work onsite.
