What You’ll Do:

• Proactively manage high volumes of inbound and outbound customer calls in a fast-paced environment
• Connect with customers via warm and inbound leads (no cold calling!)
• Understand client needs, qualify leads, and guide them through applications
• Maintain a high standard of customer care and objection handling
• Accurately record customer interactions and data within internal systems
