Salary
We realise knowing what the remuneration is for this role will be important to you, however at Avery whether you are the right fit for our team is the most important element we are looking for. Your experience will dictate what we are prepared to offer you, the unique individual you are. A rate between 35ph to 42ph is a starting point. We invest disproportionately in you for the first year.
So our first goal is to look at whether you are right for Avery (and vice versa whether Avery is right for you!), and then explore what remuneration package reflects your experience to date and expectations for the future given the role.
Does this sound like you?
Next steps:
Take a look at our website – averyplasticsurgery.com.au - and see if you can see yourself joining us.
Apply by clicking through the Seek link below and provide your resume and a cover letter responding to "The Essentials" and sharing with us why you make the perfect fit for this exciting role in our clinic. We will be unable to consider applications that do not provide a cover letter. A great well-thought-out cover letter will give us an indication of how interested you are in the role and if you have the administration skills required to cope with the requirements of the role.
There will be a comprehensive stepwise interview process including a trial, prior to any offer of the role so that you can see what being part of Avery looks like, and so we can also see if you will be a good fit for our team.
Finally
We are privileged to receive hundreds of applications for roles at Avery when we advertise, so we recommend making yours stand out (consider this your opportunity to make a fabulous first impression). When we see an amazing one, we will contact you ASAP. If you do not apply with the requirements set out here we will not respond to your application.
Good luck!
