Are you a detail-oriented administrator with experience in service contracts and CRM systems? Jobwire is currently seeking a skilled Service Administrator to join a well-established client on a 2-month contract, based in Frenchs Forest.
This full-time role (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm) is key to ensuring smooth service operations and accurate contract handling within a fast-paced, professional environment.
📌 Pay Rate: $40–$43 per hour + Super

Key Responsibilities:
Service Onboarding & Project Transition
Conduct Gatekeeper (GK) checks for handover from Projects/Sales to Managed Services
Review handover documentation, escalate discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy
Liaise with Project and Account Managers to complete service transition requirements
Contract Creation & Management
Create and manage service contracts using CRM (Q360)
Link all documentation, define scope of works, and ensure accuracy of contract data
Populate welcome packs and SLA agreements for new customers
Maintain SharePoint records and communication with internal stakeholders
Service Renewals & Licensing
Prepare and process service renewal quotes and documentation
Update Q360 contracts based on renewal POs and instructions
Process license/warranty renewals and manage intercompany SLA purchase orders
Invoicing & Financial Administration
Generate and review invoices from service contracts and completed service tickets
Validate deferred revenue allocations and billing dates
Submit invoices to customers and provide monthly invoicing reports
Service Desk Support
Finalise and invoice completed service tickets in Q360
Perform final Gatekeeper checks for T&M (time & materials) jobs
Ensure accurate linking of tickets to service contracts and warranty records
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative or service support roles (ideally within technical/managed services or projects)
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Experience using CRM systems (Q360 highly regarded)
Confident in document handling, internal communication, and multitasking
Professional communication skills and the ability to work independently
What’s on Offer:
