Northern NSW Football (NNSWF) is on the lookout for a driven and detail-oriented Talent Development Administrator to join our dynamic Talent Development team based at the Lake Macquarie Regional Football Facility.
This is not a coaching role. It is an exciting administrative position that plays a critical part in the planning, coordination and execution of our Talented Player and Coach programs across Northern NSW.
What You'll Be Doing:
You’ll be the administrative engine behind a wide array of player and coach development initiatives, including:
• Managing the annual calendar for player and coach development activities
• Communicating proactively with clubs, zones, parents and players
• Coordinating the logistics for programs such as Talent Support Program, TSP Gala Days, Coaching Conferences and more
• Maintaining and managing content on NNSWF’s website and digital platforms (PlayFootball 2.0, ETrainU, Squadie, JotForm, etc.)
• Providing operational support for domestic and international tours, ID networks and representative teams
• Organising the internal coordination of the Talent Development Team

• Has strong computer skills and learns new systems quickly
•Communicates clearly and professionally—both in writing and in person
• Is highly organised and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Is calm under pressure and works confidently with diverse stakeholders • Brings a proactive, can-do attitude to work every day
• Is open to travelling throughout the region as required
