About the role

As the Head Coach at Combine Air Training, you will lead the coaching team. This is a full-time role based in East Maitland. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative coaching strategies to drive exceptional performance and results for our members.

What you'll be doing

Lead and manage a team of talented coaches to deliver world-class training programmes

Delivers world class CA x Squad & PC session through communicating with appropriate CA language, clear and concise session instruction, whilst motivating & educating ALL-STARS

Identify & collaborate with sporting clubs, schools and elite athletes to educate them on altitude training and what Combine Air can offer them in the way of various partnership opportunities.

Delivers solutions that promote & create positive ALL-STAR experience in the Club

Build brand awareness and increase brand value through local activations with club staff and key ALL-STARS for CA Training

Leads initiatives to achieve the clubs KPIs in sales & retention, session attendance and overall business growth and performance

Foster a positive team culture that promotes collaboration, continuous learning and holistic athlete development

What we're looking for

Extensive experience as a head coach or senior coach in the Fitness and Health industry

Proven track record of developing high-performing teams and delivering successful coaching programmes

Excellent knowledge of training methodologies, sports science principles and client management

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead, motivate and support a diverse team

Adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate the dynamic demands of high-performance sport

Relevant coaching qualifications and certifications
