Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per year (commensurate with experience) + Bonus + Superannuation

We’re seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Specialist to lead and execute marketing initiatives that attract students, build brand awareness, and support our continued growth.

About the Role

Based in our Melbourne office, the Marketing Specialist will develop and manage marketing campaigns tailored to the education and training sector. You will play a key role in promoting our nationally recognised qualifications and services to local and international students.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, social, print, events)

Create and manage content for social media, email campaigns, website, and student outreach materials

Coordinate marketing initiatives with education agents and partners

Analyse and report on campaign effectiveness using tools like Google Analytics and CRM platforms

Support student recruitment through targeted lead generation and nurturing campaigns

Ensure all marketing materials align with compliance requirements for RTOs

Organise open days, expos, and promotional events both onsite and virtually

Monitor trends in the education sector and make recommendations for improvement

What We’re Looking For

A self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills

Strong copywriting, content creation, and digital marketing skills

Competent computer skills to support work needs (demonstration of marketing materials, data analysing and reporting, etc).

Understanding of RTO compliance and marketing standards (desirable but not compulsory)

Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills

A proactive, hands-on marketer who thrives in a collaborative environment
